Michael Townshend is a passionate young designer pursuing a masters of architecture at the University of Toronto.

After completing a bachelor of technology in architectural science from BCIT, Michael worked as a designer and technologist for one of Vancouver's leading design firms, office of mcfarlane biggar architects + designers (omb). Under the supervision of Steve McFarlane and Michelle Biggar, Michael played a critical role in developing a broad spectrum of projects from sketches through to completion.

Michael's multi-faceted skill set and attention to detail originates from his background in woodworking, furniture design, and construction; all of which eventually led him to pursue a career in architecture.
